What does the Recruitment Process look Like?
English Proficiency Test
- If you already have your English proficiency certificate (IELTS, UKVI, etc.), please send us a copy as soon as possible.
- If you’re in the process of taking the test, please share your booking confirmation with us for now.
Self Video Assessment
- Once we receive your confirmation for starting the job application, we will send you a link for a self video assessment.
- Complete the video assessment, and this will be added to your profile for our client to review.
Technical Assessment
- After the video assessment, we will arrange a technical assessment based on your area of expertise.
- You will need to successfully complete this to proceed.
Client Interview and Job Offer
- Upon successful completion of your technical assessment, we will shortlist you for a final interview with the client.
- Once the client interview is successful, a job offer letter will be issued to you.
Visa Application
- Ensure that all your documents are in order, including Job offer letter, Proof of IELTS Score and Proper Funds
- Once all these documents are ready, you can proceed with your visa application.
Relocation
- Accommodation and travel arrangements We will assist you in finding accommodation in the UK and provide support to ensure a smooth transition and settlement.
- We will guide you through essential aspects of UK living, including setting up banking, accessing healthcare, and connecting with community services.
Relocate to the UK on a Work Visa
- Sponsorship Provided: Automotive garage companies sponsor visas, leading to potential permanent residency.
- Visa Duration: Receive a 2 year visa, extendable to 5 years.
- Path to Residency: After 5 years, eligible to apply for permanent residency.
- Dependents: For jobs under RFQ level 6 easy and above only.
